We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Healthcare products cannot be returned once opened for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Eligible Returns

- Original packaging and seals are intact
- Return requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product is not damaged by customer misuse
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened healthcare products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Items returned after 7-day window
- Products without original packaging
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Package the product securely with original packaging
- Ship the product to our designated return address
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product was defective
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Provide photos of the damaged product
- We will arrange replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
